Fix TYPE64 recoil

Hello Game Masters,

Please fix the recoil of Type 64 , The bullets are spreading in single shot. 
Just set like Blackshot Sea, cool recoil and damage (5.4), It is okay to increase damage because it has a low fire rate.

I have been playing with type64 since 2010 but nowadays I can not get it anymore, it is very weak compared to other weapons.

i'll test the weapon later to get my proper feedback ( if you have a video about that weapon it would help us).
