says im still connected to game

i did a crespo run then went to character screen and now it keeps saying i am logged in even though i am not. I have restarted my laptop and still nothing works....it just keeps saying i am still connected to game. and this happened like 45 mins ago and it still says i am connected... any ideas or something i can do to fix it?? thanks
