Where do I even find my ID?

Haven't played LaTale since like 2010 or something. I made an account on Papaya but LaTale is asking for an ID. I checked all my emails that I got and none of em said anything about an ID. Clicking on the "Find ID" button in the client log in screen just brings up the reset password thing. Which I tried and at no point mentioned anything about an ID. I just put in a support ticket but i'm hoping this will be faster because i'd like to actually play LaTale tonight.

You wont have an ID if you signed up though Steam i think, and everyones old characters are gone because this is a fairly new La Tale
