Unknown software exception

Hello!
I have a problem with running the game. When i click "START" i see error with "unknown software exception (0xc0000409) in localization 0x0041ca7e." I tried "check files"  but it didnt help.I didnt reinstall because my internet itsn't really good tbh. I saw one post in german with this problem but GM said that problem has been solved :/ Any ideas? Sorry for my english but i hope you understand what i mean :P
