SB bugged ?

I was looking for ships via suggested search from Shipyard Master then noticed several ships especially Dauphin Royal that have no information where to build. I checked several info from charts ,but none of them has Dauphin Royal.

However, I was able to find some info from Japan wikia which said it can be built at Marseilles and Pisa with Large Deck 3. Also, I noticed that there may be several errors of info from suggested search ie Thermopylae can be built at London and Seville but not Dublin because it doesn't have shipyard.
