    The idea on the surface looks good but some gamemodes are outdated and players will only play them to get the missions done what you could do is do an EXP and BP bonus on each gamemode (the most played) like SandStorm I (TFM) PanicSpace or Lost Temple (TDM) and SandStorm II (SD)
    The way it is now for TDM lovers (like me) it's not that fun to get EXP. 
    I know this opinion can be and probably is biased but the solution I gave will probably be liked by everyone in the community
