Steps to Reproduce: [Example]
1. Launch the title in the current '14th period, 15th Century' stage.
2. Proceed to any in-game location.
3. Select the 3rd 'Record' tab to the right of Navigation menu on top right side of screen.
4. Select the last 'World Information' bar on the pull-down list
5. Scroll down to the 3rd 'Railway Event' bar on the 'Topics' section on the lower left side of pop-up window.
6. Observe the issue on the right side of window.
