After purchasing keys, now i have negative UWC, why is that?

Have you used the live support for Xsolla?  They tend to be able to answer those kinds of questions pretty quickly and/or repair the issue.

Same has happened to me and quite a few of my comp mates.
I bought 10 keys and it delivered 20 keys i believe and charged me for the 20.
