    By typing in this forums that means you have already agreed with their ToS. 
    Liking it or not you have to go with it and yes, they can ban you for any reason even if that reason is that they don't like you.

    Hi doox, not only did we agree to this, I think you might be surprised to learn that this is extremely common practice in almost any online game these days, especially mmos - they all have a self protecting clause so they can basically just ban you for whatever they want, whenever they want, everything on your character including your character is technically owned by the company too so they will owe you nothing and they will be legally defended. That's just the way the world works. :P

    You will have accepted the same thing many times before without noticing, i'm sure! ^^
