If you're a Singtel user, you may wish to try the following:
1. Download WinMTR via this link HERE. This is a diagnostic tool that collects information about your ping. 2. Run the program, and enter '139.99.36.1' under 'Host'. Allow it to run for about 30 to 60 seconds, then export 'TEXT'. 3. Proceed to Singtel's Customer Support Page HERE, fill in your personal information. 4. Under 'Nature of Feedback' select 'Complaint', then select 'Internet' under 'Subject'. 5. Under 'Upload File', upload the WinMTR text file you just exported. 6. Under 'Your Comments', state that you are experiencing high levels of ping whilst playing BlackShot SEA.
Doing the above may allow Singtel to further investigate the issue on their end.
