Hello everyone!

How to use the segnale's last skill(131 required level)? Right now I can use other skill 131level skill except this skill with color gray whenever I put it in skill box and I think the skill effect is it blows a poison, I guess.

    The name of the skill is Curse Blizzard located in trans-up Icon.

    Update!

    To activate the Curse Blizzard you need to use the Trans-up skill.
