make game available for peoples with handicap

Would it be tolerable, by other gamers, to make it possible to use voice commands to ease up mouse/keyboard use?

There's not many enjoyable games accessable for peoples with neural or other diseases that eases up mouse/keyboard input, this game COULD be it.

I wonder why mouse and keyboard should be the only standard regarding game inputs? We have many senses.
