help I cant add 130 emblem

so I have my first emblem 130 I can't add it sey you need to switch the tab to equip can eny 1 help me .extraClassAspect{-webkit-transform:scaleX(1)!important;}.extraClassCrop{-webkit-transform:scale(1)!important;}

Even though the item itself says 130, you need to be level 170 and finish Meister Trial to add meister emblem to your equipment.  Just go over to the costume tab and in the bottom you can put the emblem.
