A 'Ganador on the loose' event

A random npc from ganador with excel in health, breaks free from ganador area, spawns in open sea, players/fleets show up where he is located, fight over the most damage ultimately causing the death of the npc. Melee wouldnt be a 1 person victory as even the best of melee players would die or need break free, its the damage that counts. Most damage dealt upon death of the npc gets prize.
