Redo Notoriety Mechanics

Think it'd be great if the notoriety mechanics in the game could be redone.

These are some ideas of things that allow the player to gain or lose or not effect Notoriety.

Some things I think are good and I kept them the same, others are new ideas or changes that I think would be good to have.

Gain Notoriety
+ Sinking Bounty Hunter (Big Noto Gain)
+ Sinking Merchant Ship (Normal Noto Gain)
+ Selling Stolen Plunder to Merchant NPC

No Gain/Loss of Notoriety
= Sailing at Sea!
= Sinking other Pirate Ships
= Time spent/AFK inside Pirate Towns (i.e. Port Royal)
= Time spent inside Dungeons & Land Zones

Lose Notoriety
- Being Sunk by Normal Player/Bounty Hunter
- Time spent/AFK inside Non-Pirate Towns (i.e. Seville)
- Sinking Alt Ship (Character with same IP as you)
- Time spent Logged Out
