Why are 0 Ping Players all high levels ?

0 ping players should have a server for low internet players, 

ppl with a good internet cannot play against 0 ping players, loose all the time, 

im not new to this game, ive played for years and left when hackers take over. 

why have you removed the ping option ?, 

i will not pay anymore cash in this game till this issue gets fixed . 

if it doesn't get fixed you are supporting bug use yourself.
