IS it worth giving a shot ?

Hello all, 

I would like to ask you if this game is worth wasting time back again,

Im 179 BW with 15x +9 set 150+10 orb so i know i will lack of dmg/eq to the other players at my lvl, but are there any left ? 

Please tell me if there are still some players, guilds, events (dfs,ice, dungeons) i can catch up.

And how does overall the market look like. 

And is there anything to do at my level, that doesnt requirement other players for me and i will still have some fun from the game.
