Dungeon - hidden room discovery

Hi, 

is East Asia Dungeon hidden room discovery available for discovery?
I completed Euro and Lima, left East Asia.
However, trying 3hour on Japan dungeon (lower floor), i still not able to get single out. Similar for FSD, 1 hr and still no out. Or is there a pre-requirement before those item is enable for discovery?
