Please add line when Mediator refuses guild quest due to debt

Currently, after you fail to complete several guild quests which gave you money to help you do them, you cannot do more of them.  The Mediator says he does not trust you because of your debt.  Please have the Mediator say you should put money in the bank to pay that debt.  The line could say: “Please put money in the bank to pay your debt”.  I spent weeks unable to do most guild quests until I finally opened my bank account.
