Class Size Ship Races

I suggested this on OGP. Although my ideal situation would be; no speed boosts allowed, no fleeting, no UWC item buffs I realise that is sadly unrealistic. So instead I will compromise and repeat my previous idea of class sized ship races.

Basically you can enter the races in three tiers: light, standard and heavy. It's as simple as that really.

PROS: *Encourage players to explore and build other ship classes for racing
             *More SSIP money pumped into your grubby mits (lol)
             *More variety in types of players entering the race
             *Increased race participation
        

CONS: *Have to do some work to make it happen (coding etc)
            *That is all

Feel free to agree disagree. Seems like a win-win to me.
