Unable to Launch game - Error on update

I get an error upon updating. The error says " An error has occurred during the preparation of update. Aborted update. (105.3)"

Any ideas?

I've tried on the papaya client and then uninstalled then reinstalled on steam. No go. I've also turned on and off windows defender and malware bytes. Windows 10 is up to date.

Try this

open a CMD prompt in Administrator role and Type ipconfig /flushdns

Try the install again and report back

So, upon reinstalling the game again. I remembered what happened last time when it happened again.

The game was downloading the update, but it was not starting the update automatically. 

I had to open the game's folder and there's update files called something similar to "uwo3000130003" you have to run those manually by double clicking them. That will update the game to the next file version. Then you have to launch the game, download the next patch, then update manually again. Rinse and repeat.
