Didnt Receive Starter Reward after completing mission

I've completed the starter mission 5 but can't get the AW50F weapon.
I claim the weapon and it showed up in mail.
I click the receive button but notification showed up and it says "failed to receive" or something like that. I click it 2 times maybe and still same notification. after that I go to my inventory. the weapon is still not there. so I logout from the server and login again and the weapon still not in inventory. and the mail is gone.

Those rewards arent fake. Complete the 5 Mission and you will get the Reward. Its as simple as that.

You shouldnt talk if you know nothing lel.

@cplutine - Check your Postbox after you completed the missions. You need to recive the gun at the Mission Tab and you need to send the Item from your Postbox to your inventory after that. Be aware. The Items will only be (not 100% sure) stored for 90 days in your Postbox.
