"Failed to purchase item, please try again" error while trying to purchase items using WR cash

I'm unable to use my 1000 WR cash I received as a part of Nexon migration deal.
I haven't used it ever since WR moved from nexon to papaya.
Now that I want to use the WR cash and start playing again, I receive an error everytime i try to use the WR cash.
It gives me an error saying "failed to purchase item, please try again".
Have reached out to customer support but no response even after 3 days.
