weapon rebalancing

Hi, 

i would recommend to rebalance some of the weapons:

- smg's (except p2w nx1+) are just bad and mostly unusable compared to rifles, short distance damage is to low or long distance have to be improoved (and pls for all SMGs!)

- head shot rate of rifels is too high. I can aim in completly other direction and get a headshot (-30% or something like that)

- throw this omega and nx1+ bullshit out of the game pls. the are overall about 50-70% stronger than every other rifle/smg/whatever and COMPLETLY destroying the balance of the game. On short distance better than Shotguns and on long better than Snipers. It's ok if they are bit better than the 'free' version but especially if everyone gets them (log-in-bonus) the game is unplayable. Permanent insta headshots without aiming and dead after 2 bullets thats too much.

- sniper balance rly good compared to the old bs.

noone will ever change it but i can try^^
