Why can't I reply on forum topics buy yet start a new topic?

    Hello @heinekenz,

    it depends by where the topic is and the status of it.
    If you try to reply on a Closed thread it's obvious that you can't do that.

    Also, if you try to reply on a topc that is situated in the General section (and I don't mean
    the subsections like english, german, turkish, spanish, italian or filipino) you can't.

    This is the same for every forum users.

    If your problem is another (that it's not related to the two cases that I explained you above), try to send a ticket at the new Support Desk: https://www.papayaplay.com/portal.do?tp=portal.support/
    They will help you.
