Game crashes when loading

Hello tech Team,

I am facing an issue when I try to run the game.

More specifically, when clicking on the desktop icon and start the game, it shows a black screen which after 5-6 seconds it disappears and throws me back to desktop.

Can you advise on that?

try to redownload warrock again..and close all your anti virus.
