Hello I am trying to download the game so that under the game in hr to open the laucher for the game download is gray and does not start the download. I need help I'm an old player playing again..

hi i don't know if i can help I'm having the same problem i been trying to search for help but none of the searches seem to match my issue. I been playing again for a week and haven't been able to log back on today I click the game icon as always and it pops up and says load but it don't load and I tried restarting the computer several times but no fix. Is this similar to what you are experiencing?
