please help me i wanna get my account back i got ban coz of server issues after update

i got ban coz of server issues after update i found my acc got ban for no reason i'm playing this game since 2007 and didn't play with program or hack why my account got ban and you don't allow to me transfer my main acc i transfer from ex company and give me ban coz of server issues this is not fair i wanna get my account back and i did never play ever with hack i don't need program or hack to kill my main acc was like legend or brand for 50 % of global players please help me unbane my account & allow to transfer my main acc you made us get from garena and locked on it in SEA and you can scan my PC and check it out if i'm hacker or not and please answer me and help people can see his report in forum page
