The UWO accounts I had with Papaya say 'User doesnt exist'

I had had 3 accounts in UWO with Papaya which i created and grinded up after the game moved to Papaya, but when i try to log into them today it tells me that "User does not exist".

When i try to reset my password with relevant emails, i get an "Invalid request"

Has an account wipe or something happened in 2019?

Nope. Perhaps you got the user name/ pw wrong?

You should try and send a ticket to the GM's. But first as lefox271 says, make sure you tried the right login data.

What lvl's were your characters so far? (if totally lost) is it a big loss?

Anyways, I feel sad for you and I hope you'll be able to recover them one way or another.

If not, I do hope it won't keep you from starting over...
