My newly migrated account

I am concerned about my newly migrated acct, last week it was said that it will be lvl 32 and wait for the next maintenance, and now I opened the acct, I received some compensation but my level remains level 1.

same as akati8anabit's problem my level isn't level 35 and it remains level 24 but i recieved the compensation package its been a month since i recieved it but please reply to this problem , Thank You!
