Achievement points

I was rewarded the three keys for a reward for getting achievement points, but it says I was unable to get the reward but yet it is saying its claimable. I've tried restarting the game multiple times, I've event got the next reward and got to claim it. Yet I have not been able to get my three gold keys and was really wanting to use them because I did work hard on trying to get those points in game. I do enjoy playing Warrock and this was kind of a bummer for me.
