Returning player have few questions.

Hello,i haven`t played Dekaron in like 2 years.Im currently 184 segnale.My gear at the moment is 175 TF whip +10/17x pants/armor/boots/MC1 +9/crappy 13x gloves +9.For rings i use Tiesto/Squama/Mittera bright tears and 2x 160+9 deff necklace/immo bracelets and papaya belt +9/Blue dragon wings and Novice asian costume.

So my questions are:
1.Are there any better F2P costume/wings i can farm?
2.Are people selling high lvl gear for dills anymore?So far i`ve only seen people accepting 35% graces..
3.Is the Novice asian costume still able to be upgraded or the must the an event going on ?
4.Where can i get the ingredients needed to upgrade Pale moon stone/New moon earring and are they worth upgrading.
5.Ive managed to get around 40-50b in dills selling stuff,is there any gear better than the one i have i can afford with those?
6.Is IB2 with runes still the best way to lvlup?
