Lag spikes

Hey there,

Just wondering if theres any solution to the constant frame lag spikes i get during each game..

when i first downloaded the game i had none and now i get constant frame spikes every minute which last 2 seconds and gets extremely annoying..

Any solution to these spikes at all?
