i get global ban for what , i didn't use any hack !!

suddenly when i play , the game closed and when i open it again this massage shows to me 

abnormal activity was deteced , global ban bsdb hack , and i swear i didn't use any kind of hacks while i play check my profile please my kill rate is 1.20 and if you can check my last games watch it , im fresh player since 2 week only , i play blackshot since it was owned to garena and i didn't use any hack for once of my life when i played , please check my profile and reply back to me
