Can't get into game

Just downloaded and installed la tale and i click to run and sign in and i cant click any of the buttons on the bottom of the screen. AND your "fix" on the website wont work because I can't create a character to even GET INTO THE GAME to change the resolution. Never have i seen a game that you can't change the settings from the launcher/login screen.
