Having issues with the game so wondering if there is any help or anything i need to do

I took some print screens and screen shots and for some reason can not find an attachment section for images or attachments

There is some java script error during the launcher, and two others

Though the main issue is in the client, when it go in it loads, it puts me to ceres, and random channel then goes to retrieve character list and just freezes there while music plays forever in the background...
