warrock crash after start even if i've installed the easyanticheat and the certificates... why????

Hi everyone, after pressing the start button the monitor come black with the hourglass, few second and then it crash, no error in the display... someone knows how to help me? thanks!

ps. i've already installed correctly the anticheats and the anticheat's certificates.
