warrock frame lagg !!

hi, I recently changed the computer with the following components:
motherboard x470 pro
cpu: ryzen 2600x
ram: 16 GB corsair pro kit rgb 3200 mhz
gpu evga rtx 2070
Seasonal 650 gold modular power supply

despite being a top-tier pc and the minimum warrock requirements are far inferior, while I play, I have a remarkable frame lagg making snappy gaming experience, there is some way to solve this problem. or is the game poorly optimized? I enclose a video attached, I do not know if it makes an idea
