I want to know meaning in the highlight in my picture. And how to get it.

    Hi mokmvsk4,

    To use the free portal function, all you need to do is open your map with M, click the button on the top-right of the map that says "Premium Services," and then click on the map under "Select Warp" that you'd like to warp to. You'll need to visit a map the old-fashioned way at least once, before you can warp to it.
