time change for clocks bug

Not sure if it's a bug or time issue with server but this makes the second time the EPF has been off when clocks change. March 8th was 1 hour off proper time to start ( it played from 10:00am-11:00am server time instead of 9:00am-10:00am as listed).
A similar issue happened back in the fall when the clocks were suppose to go back one hour. The event started earlier than listed. Please look into this as it affected a few people's timing dor coming out to it. I mentioned the issue in the fall but i see it's happening again. Thanks!
