Game installs yet it is nowhere to be found on my computer?

Hello, I just installed La Tale through the website and I finished the final installation step to be able to play. However, nothing shows up for me to be able to play it. The game doesn't even exist on my computer. I have tried through steam as well, but it pops up saying steam needs to be running, even though it is. I've been told to verify the files or something along those lines, but the option is grayed out. I'm on a windows 10, please help.
