How Can I tell if I have purchased the max inventory expansions before?

I vaguely remember buying some prior expansions but I forget which ones.

How can I tell?  I do not want to buy it if I already have the max of course.

I had purchased stuff for this game in the past (ships, etc.) and have no link to it any more. I currently can't even play it. I cannot download the updater. I get an error every time.

So not only can I not find my old purchases, but not I cannot even play at all.
