problem with maps

I did "check files" on wrlauncher and that actually made it worse cause the game will load to a black screen then crash to desktop.. i even uninstalled and reinstalled game 3 times and have this problem https://ibb.co/HNSyBnP and https://ibb.co/Jz463N9 how can i fix this
