FPS DROP

Hey, 
I was using windows 7 until yesterday and wr worked wonderful. i was at a constant 139 fps and i installed Windows 10. 
Ever since i installed windows 10 my fps has not crossed 35 and i really need a fix for this. 

Can anyone help?

    Its Win10 itselfe.
    WarRock runs way better at Win7.

    Anyways you can do a few things to improve your performance:
    1. ControlPanel > Powermanagement > Set your System to Highperformance
    2. Download CCleaner
        - Uninstall everything you dont need like Games which are Preinstalled at win10
        - Deactivate AutoStart like OneDrive for example
        - Do a Registry Cleaning.
    3. Do a Defragmentation of all of your drives.
    4. Set your WarRock to High Priority. Here is a quick tutorial:
    5.  Go to your Systems Privacy Settings and turn everything off. Dont send everything to Microsoft lol.
