Cannot get level 88 benefits

I've reached past level 88 in all three categories, but can only get the benefit from trade level.  Cannot get benefit from adventure or maritime after talking to Henrique.  It saids on the lost memories chapter 3 notes that all the benefits from previous level cap unlocks have to be received, but I cannot find any literature on this.  Anybody else having any issues?
