Strong box can't open because boot out

Hi

I'm in behalf of a player named Trapiote.

Between 04/03/20 and 04/04/20 he did use a strong box 30 days item.He was boot out because technical uses upon the migration to the new server. When he login again he coudn't use the strong box again, it said strong box inactive.He can't acces this page.He left the time going until the strong box 30 days item cancel itself. He did use an item with strong box 15 days to keep using the strong box. He thought the strong box inactive "thing" was cancel because the item was no currently use. When was going to look at his strong box again, he coudn't open it. It keep saying strong box inactive. The new strong box 15 days item started 3 days ago.04/04/20.

Can you unlock the strong box "inactivity".
