Reminiscence crest not received

I finished ogier the dane as the bonus treasure hunt, but upon receiving the Jack of Spades, I didn't receive the reminiscence crest.

Ticket submitted ... hopefully they don't reply saying the reward [reminiscence crest] is only given once per character ... just crossing mine fingers that they dont give such dumb reply.
