Planning to return, is it still pay to win?

If they've made improvements as they promised, we're planning to return as a group. We don't mind monthly fee etc. but personally I hate how Dekaron slowly became an even worse version of "pay to win" where people win harder as they spend more money. How is it now?

    Nevermind, launcher doesn't even work. Guess nothing changed in years
