Download Error - after changing dns and ipv6

Hi i still have that issue, i tried to uninstall the game, i tried to  give permission via security - allow, i tried to configure my dns to 6.6.6.6 and disable the ipv6.

nothing helps.

There is any thing that can help to make the game works and don't need some shady steps to do so ?
