mouse settings in game

I have a problem using my mouse this is a very new mouse that I brought its a lvl up mouse when I used to play warrock I think they had an option to set ur mouse my mouse isn't peforming well inside the game like my old but good mouse the mouse that I had b4 I could use the scroll wheel and switch instantly to the gun without delay also when im trying to run and shoot I cant its like its not responding to my commands I try to shoot and its not trying to shoot I don't want to damage my mouse by pressing it any harder than I would any other cheap mouse.my new mouse can scroll on a weapon but when I left click to get the gun in game its a delay and it would never let me select the gun when I go to options in game they j=have no main key setting for the mouse I need help please
